Passionfruit pulp, seeds and all, gets scooped straight from the fruit into the blender. The seeds stay a little crunchy, which is part of the point, not a flaw.
With Greek yogurt backing up the protein powder, this is the highest-protein smoothie anywhere on this list at 35 grams.

method
Pour the water into the blender, add the passionfruit pulp, yogurt and protein powder.
Add the ice. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds, until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust: a few more ice cubes for thicker, a splash more liquid for thinner. Drink cold.
chef's tips
- Scoop the pulp, seeds and all, straight from the fruit. The seeds stay a little crunchy, and that is part of the point.
- Use a protein powder with no added sugar. It is the difference between a few grams of carbs per scoop and a lot more.
