Ingredients

For the Ribs:

  • 4 lbs beef short ribs
  • 2 carrots, large dice
  • 2 celery stalks, large dice

  • 4 cups beef bone broth
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary)

Instructions

Initial Prep:
