Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 2 lbs ground lamb (or beef)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cups bone broth

Instructions
Cauliflower Topping:
- Steam cauliflower until very soft
- Drain thoroughly
- Add butter and cream
- Blend until smooth
- Season well
Meat Filling:
- Brown meat with onions
- Add vegetables

- Add broth, reduce
Assembly:
- Transfer meat to baking dish
