Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using strawberries, slice them into smaller pieces. Mix all the berries in a bowl.
  2. Take two serving glasses or jars. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into each glass.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of berries on top.
  6. Drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the top for added sweetness, if desired.
