Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground pork (or turkey)
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger

- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add ground meat, breaking up with a spatula
- Cook until nearly browned, about 3-4 minutes
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds
- Add coleslaw mix and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted
